Shilpani (brand name of Matply Infotech LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India, hereinafter "Shilpani", "we", "us", or "our") operates the online store at shilpani.com. All transactions on this website are conducted by Matply Infotech LLP, including payment processing via our payment gateway.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing shilpani.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

3. Products

All products listed on shilpani.com are handcrafted and made-to-order. Product images are representative; slight variations in frame finish, print tone, or colour may occur due to the hand-finished nature of the product and screen calibration differences. Such variations do not constitute defects.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product, modify product specifications, or change pricing without prior notice, provided that confirmed orders are fulfilled at the price shown at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (operated via Matply Infotech LLP). We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, EMI, and Cash on Delivery.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due at the time of delivery. Refusal to accept a COD order after it has been shipped may result in restrictions on future COD eligibility.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred and to issue a full refund.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production has not commenced. To cancel, email hello@shilpani.com immediately. Custom, personalised, and engraved orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns & Refunds

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, copy, designs, logos, and other content on shilpani.com are the intellectual property of Shilpani / Matply Infotech LLP or its licensed artists. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The artists whose works appear on Shilpani retain their moral rights. The purchase of a print grants you a licence to display it privately; it does not transfer copyright or the right to reproduce the image.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or reviews
• Attempt to disrupt or tamper with the website's systems or security
• Impersonate Shilpani or any employee or representative

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Shilpani / Matply Infotech LLP shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website
• Delays caused by third-party courier partners, natural disasters, or force majeure events
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to failure to maintain account security

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemic restrictions, or disruptions to courier or banking services.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of shilpani.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact our Grievance Officer to seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
